Update of alert management system - group page

On Monday 10 March 2020 between 17:00 and 20:00, the so-called "grouping page" will not be available, nor will it be possible to respond to predefined response emails due to planned system modifications.

Restrictions on working with alerts only apply to MAHs who do not use the API or web interface to access the alert management system.
