CZMVS system downtime

please note that from Thursday, June 13th, 2019 till Friday, June 14th, 2019, between 10pm and 2am CET, Czech CZMVS will not be available in either IQE or PRD environment ( it is not possible to self-certify IT systems or verify medicines). Implementation to production environment should be completed.

At this time, minor release 4.1.4 functionalities will be loaded into the system, all of which have successfully passed tests. Two changes will be implemented in this release including  bug fix - IMT pack state change initiation was not sending change time in UTC format and configuration change to increase cache expiry time to 1 year (Identification of system timeout issue through Czech system performance degradation).
