Alert Management System – Administrator’s role

Did you know that every Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) and end user (pharmacy, distributor) who manages its alerts through the Alert Management System has the role of Administrator? Thanks to this role, in addition to full alert management, it can also create new users, edit them or deactivate them.

Another role is the User who has full alert management. Each of them can also set up their notification e-mails. It means whether he wants to receive such notifications and to which e-mail address.
